The Houston Business Journal highlights Davis’ work defending against personal injury plaintiff lawsuits, her battle with breast cancer in 2008 and 2009, followed by her launch into her first political campaign, which resulted in her being one of the youngest people to serve in the Texas House of Representatives.
“I give 110 percent in everything I do, whether it’s representing the people of House District 134, defending my corporate clients, caring for my family, or beating cancer. The 40 Under 40 Class of 2012 is an impressive group of which I am honored to be a part,” Davis said of the recognition.
As described by the Houston Business Journal, the 40 Under 40 designation honors Houston business people who contribute to their industries and community in an impressive way.
